Feb. 2: Happy Ground Hog Day!

Ground Hog = pork saugage, of course.
This day could be considered National Pork Day if we could just get this to catch on, but people often don't "get it" until we point it out. This year in honor of this day, I want to link to this great new recipe: Bacon Explosion. I have not made it yet, having just read it via a Facebook link, but I will try some version of it someday soon since we have all the ingredients on hand. It apparently was a big hit this last weekend for Super Bowl parties across the country ...
